Reserve your spot now to ensure player team or location preference. Prices will increase soon.

Fees pays for natatorium (pool) rental, coaching & referee salaries/shirts, league equipment, insurance, and compliance/governance expenses.
Additionally, athletes will need to acquire a nationally recognized water polo membership (for insurance purposes).

Player Placements

Player placements will be based on information provided a registration and staffing considerations.
Athletes new to aquatics will need to successfully pass a swim test.
Transportation will not be provided to practices or games.

Refund Policy

VBHSWP is committed to providing opportunities for athletes to learn and compete in the game of water polo and to foster lifelong health, fitness, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.

We understand that plans change; however, because our program spends countless hours planning for months before the season starts and incurs significant costs (facility rentals, coaches/ref fees, equipment) our refund policy is strictly enforced.

Refund Timeline

Refund requests submitted via treasurer@vbhswaterpolo.org are eligible for refunds according to the following timeline:

Before August 21st: Full refund, minus a $10 administrative fee.
Between August 21st and September 2nd: 50% refund, minus the $10 administrative fee.
On or After September 2nd: No refunds will be issued.

Injury Policy

If a VBHSWP player sustains a season-ending injury before the midway point of the season, a prorated refund or credit may be issued. A signed physician's note is required.
