This program is only possible due to the tireless effort of dedicated volunteers and amazing *paid" coaches.  We are seeking dedicated professionals to serve as *paid* coaches and volunteer Board of Directors (that can be team parents) who help advance of mission of putting children and families first.  

Ideal candidates are community-minded leaders who bring integrity, sound judgement, and a commitment to serving the best interests of the organization. Board members must be free of conflicts of interest, communicate effectively with others, and support decisions that prioritize the needs of the youth program first including supporting coaches rather than personal, political, or organizational agendas.

Board members will provide strategic guidance, governance oversight, and advocacy for our msision while upholding the highest ethical standards and representing the organization responsiblity.  We welcome all applicants with experience in public service, business, accounting, law, non-profit leadership, healthcare or related fields who are passionate about creating positive outcomes for all children.
